On-Ramp consist of 4 personal training sessions followed by a trial period of our small group classes.
During this program you will learn about body mechanics, injury prevention, and overall mobility. We are here to teach you about your body to get you started on the right track.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in strength and conditioning, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the program, you will participate in our strength and conditioning classes. This will give you the opportunity to meet the community, get sweaty, and have some awesome workouts!
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in our classes, you will find that scaling for each workout gets more comfortable and eventually you will be on your way to achieving the full strength and conditioning experience.
