Living an unhealthy lifestyle and never being in the gym led me to a place I never wanted to be. Being a former athlete, I knew I had it in me to change the trajectory of my life and habits, but I had no idea where to go or how to start. Eventually, I found a place I would now call my 'gym home' or 'gym family' and for about seven months I was a gym member of a great community. Building relationships, learning new skills & exercises, and finding a calling in my life was all found at The Exchange. After seven months of consistency in the gym, I lost 70 pounds and I have never been healthier or happier. Stephanie House, the gym owner, noticed my passion for working with athletes and after a brief conversation, I was invited to train to become a Coach. Once presented with this opportunity, I immediately jumped on it knowing the team we had here and the knowledge I would gain would be second to none. I can certainly tell you that it was a decision I will never forget! From being a member to now being a Coach, this gym has certainly changed my life. The community that we have built here is like no other gym. In fact, it's more like a family than a gym. I am so thankful for all of our members and my fellow coaches for being a part of my life and the culture that we have built here at The Exchange."
